Access Program: Ceramics
This class is designed for, but not limited to, neurodiverse students ages 16+. Through exploration and experimentation with clay, students will gain experience in hand-building and wheel-throwing, while learning new methods of expressing their unique artistic voices. With a limit of six students, this class is a great fit for people who learn best in smaller classes with a community atmosphere.
No experience is necessary, all supplies will be provided.

Anton Kaplan
Anton graduated from Hampshire College in 2020 with a degree in the arts. He has been a teaching artist for the past 8 years, pursuing his own artistic practice while working with children and adults in extracurricular programs. His work spreads across multiple disciplines, including painting, printmaking, drawing, sculpture, and video. As an educator, Anton focuses on accessible education, providing arts courses and curriculums for inner city youth and adults with disabilities.
