Art in the Afternoon

Second and fourth Wednesdays of the month
2:00 pm
3:30 pm

MAM invites older adults to join us for an artistic social gathering each second and fourth Wednesday of the month. Participants will enjoy an opportunity to learn about and creatively respond to art from the permanent collection and special exhibitions. Each session will feature a virtual docent-led tour and engaging conversation followed by thematically related art activities.

Please note that this program is no longer available over Zoom.

Experiment with a homemade scratchboard technique as you create your night sky or space-scape, inspired by Jerry Pinkney's work, Mars and Jupiter Seem Weak.

This program is free, but registration is required.

Please see the MAM COVID Policy before registering. Masks continue to be required for Art in the Afternoon.
