Beyond the Sketchbook II
Join a small group of students who are serious about sketching and a MAM Teaching Artist for our In-Person Beyond the Sketchbook class. Learn essential drawing and rendering techniques through a series of fun and challenging projects exploring shading, perspective, form, line, and composition. Each 4 week session will feature different projects.
This 4 week short course will meet in our spacious Leir Hall following all COVID-19 guidelines, including mask-wearing and social distancing, for a safe, social, creative experience.
Classes are limited to 12 students who will be spaced 6-feet apart and provided with an individual Creativity Kit of carefully curated fine art media. In the event that the museum must close, the class will continue online via Zoom, and students will take their Creativity Kit home, so they will have all the tools and materials needed to continue to develop their artistic skills.
See the Yard School Policies for complete health and safety information.
