Self Care Saturday: Meditative Drawing & Tea
Unplug, relax, and take much-needed time to care for yourself. This new series of workshops will lead you through a meditative approach to creativity and self-expression in a relaxed atmosphere. Each workshop will focus on a different medium and you will finish each with your own original work of art. Register for one or the entire series. All levels of art experience welcome.
Learn the Zentangle method of creating beautiful images from repetitive patterns and structured doodles. This is an art form for beginners and experts that increases focus, creativity, and provides artistic satisfaction while being fun and relaxing. Please see the supply list.
