Learn the fundamentals of graphic design through a series of fun hands-on, creative projects. As they explore and play with fonts, images, layering, digital drawing, and photo manipulation tools and techniques, students will develop a body of work that expresses their unique voice.

Raul Barcelona
Raul Barcelona is an award-winning filmmaker, photographer, artist and educator based in New York City whose work has been exhibited in galleries and film festivals around the world, including the Sundance and Berlin International Film Festivals, and shown on HBO, PBS and the Discovery Channel, among others.
Raul teaches film, TV production and communication at Union County College; and filmmaking, photography, animation and graphic design to teens and young adults with autism spectrum disorders through a therapeutic enrichment program. A PhD candidate at the University of Plymouth, his doctoral thesis, Film Here Now, explores the practice of filmmaking and its relation to well-being.
