From classes & workshops to Portfolio Review Day & Scholastic Art Awards, there are endless opportunities to get involved. MAM is a place to feel like you belong, while developing skills and connecting with art.
The best kind of learning stems from exploration of new materials and ideas. Our small classes with individual attention from instructors offer creative and supportive environments to grow and inspire.
Opportunities to apply for scholarships are available for students grades K–12. The scholarship program is dedicated to promoting diversity and offers motivated students free tuition for one studio course during the school year, as well as exposure to arts professions.
Led by MAM docents and educators, gallery tours are available for visitors from pre-school to college and beyond. School programs at MAM are aligned with the Common Core Standards as well as the goals laid out by the Partnership for 21st Century Skills.
Educators earn PD credit for ALL adult programs at MAM. The museum also offers programs and resources to introduce educators to the collection and special exhibitions, and techniques for integrating the study of art into the classroom.
MAM's mobile art studio in a retrofitted ice cream truck is serving up creative projects on the road. Find the Art Truck at a festival, park, school, or party near you!
