Join the SummerART Team at Montclair Art Museum!

SummerART Counselors assist Art Educators in teaching and inspiring young campers. Lead Counselors must be ages 16+ with prior camp experience, and will take a leadership position at our SummerART Camps, supervising and facilitating activities. Lead Counselors are paid a stipend per two-week session worked. Counselors-in-Training must be ages 15+, and are able to gain volunteer/community service hours and experience.

All our SummerART Counselor positions provide a wonderful opportunity for students to earn valuable experience working with children, develop leadership skills, and make lasting memories in a creative and inclusive environment.

Positions are available for each of the following sessions, on a full-day or half-day shift basis:

Session 1: June 29–July 10*
Session 2: July 13—July 24
Session 3: July 27—August 7
Session 4: August 10—August 21
