Ring in Lunar New Year 2024 with AAPI Montclair at the Montclair Art Museum! Join us as we usher in the Year of the Dragon, a symbol of strength, determination, and ambition. The day will feature exciting performances, local Asian food, kid-friendly crafts and activities, and unique retail vendors in a night market atmosphere.

Be sure to stay for the amazing acrobatics of the Lion Dancers and sleight of hand from the Face Changer. Invite your friends and family to celebrate Lunar New Year with us!

The program, beginning around 11:30 a.m. will feature:

• Dragon parade with community participation
• The New York Choy Lay Fut Lion Dance Team
• Welcome remarks from honored guests
• Chinese face changer
• Korean Traditional Dance of Choomnori
• Vietnamese cultural performance
• And many others!

Inside the Museum, be amazed by a master paper cutter, visit the photo booth, try your hand at calligraphy and origami, dress up in Korean hanboks, and more!

MAM galleries will be closed during this event.

General Admission: $7

Family Admission: $25 limit to 5 attendees per family).
