Mini Museum Explorers
Mini Museum Explorers
For curious creatives, this gallery/studio class will survey fine art in an engaging museum setting. Artistic discovery in the Museum's galleries will inspire studio exploration of drawing, painting, sculpture, and more. Young artists will get a unique behind-the-scenes glimpse at museum life—from framing and installing exhibitions and learning from a museum professional to conserving the collection for generations to come—culminating in a curation of artworks displayed in a museum gallery diorama! This experience will foster critical thinking, imaginative play, creative problem-solving, and self-confidence in a fun and supportive setting.
