Award-winning graphic novelist Kevin C. Pyle will introduce students to all the visual story-telling tools of graphic novels including expressions, gestures, panel design, and pacing, ultimately producing a short comic of their own! In this class, character design and setting as an engine for storytelling are emphasized. Artists of all skill levels are welcome.
