Look inside the studio with contemporary artist Siona Benjamin as she reveals her unique perspective as an Indian-American-Jewish artist and illuminates the array of cultural symbols and meaning in her work.
Benjamin’s latest standout project was created in response to the global pandemic. Cause for Comfort offers affordable hand-signed archival prints, pillows, and blankets all under $100 and supports local nonprofits by donating 15% of its proceeds. Montclair Art Museum is honored to be a recipient organization.
Benjamin’s work has been shown in galleries, museums, and sacred spaces around the world and she was awarded two prestigious Fulbright Fellowships to explore the theme of multicultural art in Israel and India. Her work is also available on JAM at MAM: Jersey Artist Marketplace
